Our Story

Our inception is one of humble beginnings which started with our director who still owns the company, out of the need to control his own destiny back in 1993 he sought to find a gap in clothing market as this is one of the main commodities to import from Pakistan a country he knew very well. This also happened to be a country that is one of the strongest in the world in cotton based manufacturing. Our history is one embedded in the craft of quality coming from being a wholesaler we recognised the demand in quality goods which would exude the attention to detail which was missing in the trade. This is the vision that encouraged us into manufacturing, something that would give us total control of the manufacturing aspect while keeping the values that made us one of the best wholesalers to deal which transcended into being one the most reliable sources for your product.

The Great West Clothing Company (GWCC) is headquartered in the UK, with its manufacturing facility located in Karachi, Pakistan. With over 25 years of industry experience, GWCC stands apart from its competitors by offering high standards of product quality and customer service.

GWCC prides itself in providing quality throughout the manufacturing process. Everything from the purchasing of yarn to the shipping of goods, is handled with scrutiny to ensure the customer's expectations are met and even surpassed. Also we are big believers in ethcial production since the inception achieving WRAP, SEDEX and more recently BSCI certification.

Representatives from the UK office visit the manufacturing facility regularly to provide

total quality and system assurance and to maintain the buyer/manufacturer relationship. The company holds several licenses for producing top-quality products in the UK and Europe markets.

GWCC was established in 1993. What started as a modest set up has established itself as a major exporter of knitted garments from Pakistan.

We have strong international presence and supply to major clothing brands and buying houses across Europe and the United States. We are known for our quality, innovation, social sustainability & compliance.

GWCC Production unit is based in Karachi, Pakistan. With purposly designed buildings. Manufacturing is totally integrated within our facilities and encompasses knitting, dyeing, printing, embroidery, stitching and warehousing.
